Amanda DeMarco was a German Fulbright Teaching Assistant in 2009/2010. She has found her home in Berlin and is involved in translating, writing and publishing. We invite you to come and speak with Amanda about the Fulbright program and how this fellowship program allowed her to transition from Northwestern to the professional world.

NU Fellowship Directors Amy Kehoe and Stephen Hill will also attend and be able to answer questions about the application process and other programs.

We ask you to register so that we order the proper number of pizzas.

Given the centrality of foreign languages to an education in our globalized world, the Forum for Languages and Cultures will support local and global initiatives that offer opportunities for students, faculty and staff in all of our colleges and schools to participate in language and culture-based activities focused on expanding the study of foreign languages and cultures beyond the classroom.  http://buffett.northwestern.edu/programs/languages-cultures/ paluch@northwestern.edu & e-baena@northwestern.edu
